Terms, Conditions & Privacy Policy

Opening hours
We are open from 9.30am to 5pm Tuesday to Saturday. Closed all day Monday.
Orders can be placed by telephone, fax or e-mail, although we do not recommend sending credit card numbers via insecure e-mail. Please use our secure online order service instead.

Mail Order Terms
All mail order items must be paid for at time of order. Items for UK mainland customers will normally be sent using next day delivery courier service or Parcelforce silver service, whichever is deemed most appropriate at the time. Should customers require any special delivery services these must be made clear at time of order. Extra charges may be made for special delivery requests.

Prices shown do not include UK VAT tax, which is payable by residents of the European Union. This will be added automatically at the end of the check out process. Customers from outside the EU will not have this tax added.

UK customers (with the exception of Scottish Highlands and Islands) will pay a maximum rate of £10 for shipping by Parcelforce UK 24 hour service. (Overseas shipping charges are calculated on volume/weight and will be added to the total bill when this is calculated. Please enquire as to exact shipping charge for your order.)

Orders are processed within 24 hours and payment is taken at time of order. Please allow 28 days for delivery as some items may need to be ordered in to complete orders.


Special Orders
All special orders must be pre-paid at time of order and are not returnable due to their nature. Items are warranted for workmanship and defects only.

Damaged Goods
All goods are carefully packed and in good condition when shipped. All breakages during transit must be reported to us immediately. Delay in reporting damage may result in claims being disallowed.

Return Policy
If you change your mind about a purchase and wish to return it for any reason, you may do so within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. After 7 days there will be a 15% restocking charge. In either case the part must be in a condition suitable for resale, and never been installed.
All returns must have the prior consent of Adrenalin-Moto (Trojan Horse Products). Returned goods must include a copy of the original invoice. Authorised returns will be handled by refund, repair or replacement as agreed upon by Adrenalin-Moto and the customer.
No prior authorised returns are accepted after 30 days from invoice date. Returned parts must be suitable for resale and never been installed.

Warranty
We pride ourselves with first rate customer service. If there is a problem notify us immediately so we may correct the situation. Our warranty is limited to the replacement of parts, provided they were not abused, mis-installed or neglected.

Product Disclaimer
Unless specifically marked, none of our products have been tested by any agency and are designed for off road use. We reserve the right to alter policies, prices, terms and specifications without notice.

Order
For a user who places an order, we request personal information on the order form used in the shopping cart. Contact (name, address, email, etc.) and payment information (credit card number and expiration date) is requested. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill the customer's order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact the customer. Credit card transactions are processed manually at our office using a secure keypad device supplied by our bank.

Cookies
We will store a persistent cookie so that you may retrieve the products in your shopping cart with no need to go through re-choosing all of them again. However, the cookie will eventually expire if there is no activity in your cart, e.g. view, add to, etc., for a number of days. This website's cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information. If a user rejects the cookie, they may still use our site, but the user will experience limited functionality in some areas of our site. For example, the user will not be able to process an order through our shopping checkout area.

Sharing
We use third party shipping companies, e.g. mail, Parcelforce, etc. to ship orders, and a third party credit card payment processing system to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
