Galfer (along with Braking, their partners at that time) were the originators of the Wave disc design, and still hold the worldwide patent on that design, so not all wave discs are the same!

These discs are a direct bolt on replacement for the original discs, and offer several benefits over conventional floating disc designs:

· High carbon content steel rotors offer superior friction properties.
· Significantly lighter than standard reducing unsprung weight and gyroscopic effect (bike will turn easier).
· Wave design offers a self cleaning action to remove grime and water as it turns.
· The Wave shape allows expansion and contraction with less tendency to warp.
· The shape of the rotor dissipates heat and cools as it rotates, meaning lower running temperatures for the whole brake system and less tendency to fade with hard use.

Supplied with polished chrome centres.
