This bike is now for sale. Having been used to develop a whole range of new and exciting parts and to advertise our business, the time has come to start a new project. This is a 2008 XR1200 that has been fitted with pretty much every aftermarket part that we have developed plus some exclusive one-off pieces that are not available anywhere else. The price of the bike is nowhere near the price of the individual parts or the labour involved, so for a unique machine we think it is a bargain price.

In addition to a host of replacement parts, the crankcases and the front sprocket cover have been powder coated matt black, and the sprocket cover 'relieved' for a more aggressive lightweight appearance.

Swinging arm and rocker covers are powder coated in satin black.

Bodywork includes a Ducati 900SS style front fairing heavily modified to include a small projector headlight and cold air duct direct to the replacement airbox. New bodywork has been treated to a 'Cal Rayborn' XR750TT replica paint job by Paint My Ride in Darlington and the finish is really superb.

Total weight reduction compared to the standard bike is now around 38kg!
